They really seemed interested in their job. They weren't at all "casual" as I'm sure some movers would have been when they were running out of time. Laurie’s experience really shone through – he was thoughtful with how the packing should be done – he communicated well to us all – and he was cooperative!! (so unusual in a man!!) To top it all off, his calm disposition lightened my mood and I nearly (but not quite!) enjoyed the move – his calmness certainly kept me calm – and I thanked him for that. James was quiet, hard-working and strong – he completed the task superbly!! They both turned up with incorrect information, but it didn’t phase them – they adjusted their plans and accommodated what was required – all with a smile on their faces. I was impressed!!!
